011. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Easy Mariage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

022. Description of the service

Easy Mariage is a web application that helps couples organise their wedding. Within dedicated workspaces, it brings together the management of events, guests, tasks, budget, and a directory of contacts and providers.

We may evolve, enrich or adjust the service's features to improve its quality and security. Some features may rely on the third-party services described below.

033. Eligibility and accounts

The service is reserved for adults who are able to enter into a binding contract. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify us without delay at [Email de contact] of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach.

  • Do not share your login credentials.
  • Use a strong password unique to this service.
  • Regularly review the accuracy of your account information.

044. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree to use Easy Mariage lawfully and in accordance with these terms. In particular, you must not:

  • breach any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or harmful to the privacy of others;
  • attempt to access other users' systems, accounts or data without authorisation;
  • disrupt, overload or compromise the security or integrity of the service;
  • use bots, automated scraping or techniques to circumvent technical measures;
  • resell, rent or commercially exploit the service without our written consent.

055. User content and data ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the service (events, guests, tasks, budget, contacts and other content in your workspace). We claim no ownership over your wedding data.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence, for the sole purpose of hosting, processing, backing up and displaying that content in order to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you add, including the personal data of your guests.

066. Platform intellectual property

The Easy Mariage platform, its software, visual identity, trademarks, logos and content (excluding user data) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of [Raison sociale] or its licensors.

Nothing in these terms transfers any right in those elements to you, other than the right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

077. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, for example for hosting, email delivery, file storage and audience measurement. These services are subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Their use in connection with the processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

088. Availability, changes and no warranty

We strive to ensure high availability of the service, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We recommend that you keep your own backups of important information.

099. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, [Raison sociale] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Tunisian law.

1010. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse, or for legal or security reasons.

Upon termination, the provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law remain in force. The retention and deletion of data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

1111. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms to reflect changes to the service or to applicable regulations. In the event of a material change, we will inform you by an appropriate means before it takes effect.

Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1212. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.

1313. Contact

For any question regarding these terms, you may contact [Raison sociale] at [Email de contact] or by post at [Adresse du siège].
